A revitalizing post-workout summer drink with Hero Blend Protein and Beetroot Juice Powder to keep your energy high all day long, even after a high intensive gym session.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 medjool dates (optional/for extra sweetness)
  • 1 tsp. Beetroot Juice Powder
  • 1 scoop Hero Blend Protein
  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 handful ice cubs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all 7 ingredients in a high-speed blender (Vitamix, Ninja, Nutribullet or Blendtec).
  2. Pour the protein smoothie into a glass jar or your favorite wooden bowl.
  3. Enjoy a recovery instant meal with a bamboo straw or a wooden spoon!
