Ingredients
- 2 ripe/soft peaches
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 medjool dates (optional/for added sweetness)
- 1 Tbsp. black chia seed
- 1 scoop Hero Blend Protein
- 1 cup almond milk or almond yogurt
- 1 handful ice cubs (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all 7 ingredients in a high-speed blender as Vitamix, Ninja, Nutribullet or Blendtec.
- Pour the protein smoothie into a glass jar or your favorite wooden bowl.
- Enjoy a recovery instant meal with a bamboo straw or a wooden spoon!
