Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2-3 medjool dates (unpitted)
- 1 cup frozen cherries or berry mix
- 1-2 cups soy yoghurt (unsweetened)
- 1 apple (gala)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon QuantaCell67 Beetroot juice powder
- 1 scoop Vanilla Hero Blend Protein
Smoothie Bowl Toppings:
- Sliced Apples
- Chopped Walnuts
- 1 teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender for about 60 seconds and then pour the mixture in your favorite bowl.
- Decorate with the suggested toppings or other toppings of your choice.
