Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas or 1 mango
  • 2-3 medjool dates (optional)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 shot Broccoli Sprouts Juice “Come Alive”
  • 1 Tbs grounded flax seeds
  • 1 cup (250ml) almond or coconut milk (unsweetened)

 

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and then top it with cacao nibs or shredded coconut!
