Here’s a delicious and nutritious Raw Vegan Chocolate Pudding recipe that includes Hero Blend protein. This recipe is simple, quick to prepare, and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1/2 cup frozen bananas
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 scoop “HERO BLEND” protein powder
  • 1 – 2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)
  • frozen strawberries or cacao nibs (toppings)

Instructions

  1.  In a high-speed blender, combine the almond milk, frozen bananas, cocoa powder, chia seeds, protein powder and maple syrup (if used). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl or jar and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken the pudding.
  3. Once chilled and set, stir again and enjoy! You can top it with fresh/frozen fruits, nuts, or a sprinkle of cacao nibs for added texture.
