Order policy
Shipments
Products will be shipped to the address specified by each customer during the order procedure. Shipment costs to Greece are always FREE of charge.
Shipment costs to other European countries will be charged to the customer, and will be specified during the ordering process.
The Company makes all possible efforts to ship orders within the time period specified.
We don’t deliver outside European Union. We deliver to Greece through ELTA Courier and the rest of the European countries by other Courier Services.
Delivery times are indicative of both services. Exact delivery times may vary depending on the accessibility of the place of delivery as well as the day of the week.
Customs Services
In any country there are customs duties that are solely on the client and not our company.
Risk of damage or destruction of products
Shipped products are insured for all damages during transportation. Validity of this insurance ends at the moment of receipt of the product by the customer.
Shipping
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Delivery time
Orders are processed by us same day or next day (1-2 working days) after their completion.
Delivery Delay
The company is not responsible in any case for any delays due to force majeure or to conditions that do not fall under the control of the company. Indicatively, there are reported delays that may be due to holidays, strikes, intermediate loading-unloading areas, extreme weather conditions (eg ban on the departure of ships), courier delays due to Black Friday, etc.
Also, a delay may occur in case of a problem in your order, either in relation to the product you ordered or in relation to its payment because e.g. the information you have entered is not properly updated or in case it is impossible to contact you by phone and / or by e-mail.
Check of order’s progress
If you are a registered user you can see the status of your order through your Account Management by clicking on the “Orders” option.
There you will find in a list the history of all your orders and you can see in detail the status of each one. If you are not a registered user, you can see the status of your order through the “Order Tracking” simply by entering your order number and email.
In any case, the change of the status of the order is always accompanied by a relevant informative email.
All orders are accompanied by the tracking number which we will send you by email upon receipt by the courier company. There is a link to the courier company website, where you can find information about the delivery and you can also track your order.
Absence of a customer upon delivery of the parcel
In case you are absent during the visit of the employee of the courier company, the driver will try to locate you on the mobile phone that you have declared. If you do not reply, the shipment is marked “Absent” and you will receive a relevant SMS which gives you the option of picking up at a later date – electronically or picking up from the local store or from a Shell service station in cooperation with the Courier Service.
Via LINK you see the nearest collection points and you are also informed about the contact phone number with the store. If the courier employee tries to leave the parcel the next day and does not find you, the parcel will be returned to the local courier store where it remains for 10 days from the day of receipt.

You can pick up your parcel from the Courier store, at work, at home or from anywhere.
For the best possible service, follow the following steps:
Fill in your mobile phone correctly.
Fill in the comments of the order that you consider useful (eg suggested delivery times, comments for the address, name on the bell, floor, if it is a job, etc.).
