Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (120g) or 1 tsp Wild Bilberry Powder Quantacell67 (5g)
  • 1 ripe mango or other sweet and juicy fruit
  • 2 handfuls kale or butter lettuce (50g)
  • 2 handfuls arugula or baby spinach (50g)
  • 3-5 medjool dates (optional for adding sweetness)
  • 1 cup almond “milk” (250ml)
  • 1 cup hibiscus tea
  • 1 tsp Spirulina Powder Quantacell67 (3g)
  • 1 tsp Barleygrass Juice Powder Quantacell67 (5g)
  • 1 scoop Hero Blend Protein Quantacell67
  • 1 tbsp Golden Flaxseed Powder (15g) or ½ avocado (for more creaminess)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes

 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
